This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding payments, service cancellation, and eligibility for refunds.

1. No Refund Policy After Service Begins

All payments are non-refundable once services have begun. Work is initiated immediately upon enrollment, including account setup, analysis, and preparation.

Important: Due to the nature of credit-related services, Clear Solutions does not guarantee specific results, including credit score increases or item removals.

2. 3-Day Right to Cancel

In compliance with applicable law, you have the right to cancel services within three (3) business days of enrollment for a full refund, provided no substantial work has been completed.

3. Ongoing Cancellation

You may cancel services at any time by submitting written notice.

4. Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balances remain due upon cancellation. Failure to resolve balances may result in collections or service suspension.

5. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
